Touche Eclat 3(2.5ml 0.1 floz) is called Light Peach and is for darker skin tones. This particular shade has yellow undertones to it. Here is a sample of the colour on the right.
I'd recommend shade 3 touche eclat for Indian skin, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern skin types.
A few of my friends use Touche Eclat No 3. One thing they say to note is that this colour turns more peachy and becomes darker as it dries.
If you haven't used touche eclat before then it dries really quickly so you'll be able to see what the final colour will be soon after application.
Some users find that if they mix no 2 and no 3 together they get a better matching colour but it really depends on your own skin tone whether that is necessary.
